Yoko Ogushi

Biography
Prof. Yoko Ogushi completed her PhD in Economics at Kyushu University and worked at Niigata University and Sugiyama Jogakuen University before joining Doshisha University Graduate School in September 2023. She was a Visiting Fellow at the Graduate School of Business, University of Alberta, Canada, 2004-2005, and a very invited Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, The University of Hong Kong, 2015-16.　She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Japan Road Association and the Cloud Service Promotion Association, and the Transport Policy Council and the Social Infrastructure Development Council of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, as well as the National Land Resilience Promotion Council of the Cabinet Secretariat. She has also served on the editorial board of the Transport Policy Studies' Review since October 2023.
