Biography
Koji TAKAHASHI is a professor at the Doshisha University Law School. Formerly, he was a full-time lecturer and researcher in England at the University of Birmingham and the University of Southampton (Institute
of Maritime Law). He is on the editorial board of the Journal of Private International Law (since 2005). He served the Advisory Board (2010-2015) and the Academic Review Board (2018 - 2020) of the Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot.
