Career

Currently Professor of Environmental & Information Sciences at the University of Yokkaichi in Mie prefecture, Japan, and until June 2007 he was the Director in charge of R&D Management Study at the Research and Development Division, Central Research Institute of Electric Power Industry in Tokyo. Dr. Nitta obtained his Ph.D. from Keio University and his MS in Applied Chemistry also from Keio University. Previously he was a visiting researcher at the University of Southern California. He has gained a number of awards and patents.
