Career

He obtained his MA in Asian Studies from Sophia University in Tokyo, his MBA from INSEAD and his Ph,D. in Applied Economics from Brussels Free University. Currently, he is Professor of International Management and Human Resource Management in the Faculty of Business Administration of Soka University. Previously, he has held the position of Lecturer at Brussels Free University, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economics in Okayama University and Professor in the Faculty of International Studies at Hiroshima City University. Since 1992 he has been a visiting professor on a yearly basis at Rennes National University in France leading a course on the Japanese Management System. Since 1998, he has also been a visiting professor on the MBA Programme leading a course on International Human Resource Management at Hanoi Economics University.
